QA Test Analyst
1 position available

Roles:

- Lead the Direct Banking QA Test Team
- Build and maintain test specification for initial and ongoing Direct Banking projects
- Lead in defining and refining (ongoing process improvement) QA Standards and Processes
- Lead adoption of Quality Assurance and Testing methodologies.
- Support, promote and reinforce the importance and necessity for comprehensive testing and QA throughout Sandstone.

Requirements:

- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
- Has more than 5 years experience in Software QA and Testing
- Has more than 2 years experience in leading/handling Software QA/Testing teams and/or projects
- Must possess strong project and resource management skills
- Has the ability to do the following:
- Interpret functional specification requirements
- Create test plan, scenarios, and scripts according to the published standards and design guidelines
- Execute system, functional and end to end tests
- Experience in full software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies
- Must possess a very solid understanding of enterprise testing methodologies (test management, test automation and performance testing)
- Experience, knowledge and understanding of Direct / Internet Banking concepts and principles is a plus.
- Certificate in testing tools is a plus
- Highly organized, attention to detail and hardworking
- Self motivated, goal oriented, fast learner and have interpersonal skills with focus on high quality product
- Can work under tight schedule with minimal supervision and can meet deadlines
- Excellent leadership skills and a team player
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
