- Perform Software Application Customization around Gemalto core products
- Observe software development process such as Test-Driven Development, Unit Testing
- Perform necessary technical/user documentation for software modules
2. Main Objectives And Expected Achievements
Main objective is to develop and deploy software for telco messaging solutions
- On-time delivery of software, meeting all customer requirements
- zero defects for software delivery
- Strong team player and willing to learn
3. Required Qualities And Skills
- Java/J2EE programming knowledge, with strong Test-Driven development background
- ORM frameworks (like Hibernate or iBatis), Webserver, Java Struts
- Knowledge in the GSM and CDMA technologies
- Problem solver and able to work pressure
- Good communication skills
4. Professional experience And Education
- Having degree in Computer science, Electronics or related discipline
- Having at least 3 years of software development and integration experience
- Japanese language speaking and comprehension

Job Description for System Integration Engineer
==========================
1.Responsibilities And Dimension of Position (number of persons supervised, size of budget managed, number of projects followed, volume of production, duration, etc.)
- Perform on-site Solution Deployment and Integration
- Interact with customer to push /drive the integration issues and user tests
- Perform necessary technical/user documentation such as System Integration, User Acceptance documents
2. Main Objectives And Expected Achievements
- Main objective is to deploy software for telco messaging solutions
- Candidate should have Customer exposure, preferably in an Telco or Enterprise environment.
- Willingness to travel for onsite deployment/integration (2-4 weeks)
- A strong team player and willing to learn
3. Required Qualities And Skills
- Networking (Knowledge of TCP/IP stack and OSI model), scripting knowledge
- Work experience in Unix environment (Linux and Sun Solaris/HP Unix)
- Oracle DBA skills (and tested backup and recovery stance)
- Have at least worked with clustering products like Veritas Cluster, Sun Cluster, and Red Hat Cluster Manager
- Knowledge in the GSM and CDMA technologies
- Middle-ware knowledge such as Borland Visibroker, Tomcat, JBoss
- Problem solver and able to work under customer environment/pressure
- Good communicator, able to interact with developer, customer, Project manager
4. Professional experience And Education
- Having degree in Computer science, Electronics or related discipline
- Having at least 3 years of software development and integration experience
- Japanese language speaking and comprehension
