Currently partnered by partnered by a French company an international Software development company which is into mobile application currently seeking Accountant an immediate permanent assignment, at Goldz MMS we are continuously looking for an applicant with skills:
JOB OBJECTIVE
To perform both Regional and local Finance Functions including but not limited to accounting, treasury, tax and corporate housekeeping.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To perform Finance related tasks in support to operations of assigned Technologies (OT) entities in Asia;

• To do the end to end accounting process of ROHQ Manila and FCOF Philippines such as bookkeeping, maintenance of GL accounts, recording of Vouchers Payable, preparation of disbursements and journal vouchers preparation;

• Processing of expenses and claims of assigned OT entities thru e-HR;

• Ensuring that ROHQ employees and all employees of assigned OT entities get their salaries on a timely manner.

• Treasury and collections functions including monitoring of funds, preparation of rolling cash forecast, preparation of AR reports and DSO reports

• Monthly TM1 reporting of assigned entities;

• Quarterly Magnitude reporting of assigned entities;

• In charge of statutory audit of assigned OT entities;

• Ensure compliance to local tax laws of assigned OT entities

• To handle other Finance tasks that will be assigned.
