We are hiring 2 PHP developers for our office in Quezon City, Philippines.

All the positions are full time, working 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.
All the developers will work in our office in Quezon City, Philippines


1) Requirement for ASP.NET 2.0 web developers

ASP.NET 2.0, vb.net or c#,
sql server 2005/2000 or mysql



2) Requirement for PHP web developers

Experienced PHP5 developer wanted to build complex web applications
and services. Work may be part-time or full-time; this is a LONG-TERM
position for interesting and challenging software development work with
an excellent opportunity for continued technical growth.

Work involves designing, developing, and maintaining components for web
applications and services. Development will be based mainly on PHP5
using Apache and database servers.

Specific tasks will include program architecture, design and development
of components and classes, interfacing with other web services via
their APIs, interfacing with clients via a client API, and module and
product testing. Ongoing work will include evolution of the product,
improvements to the user experience, performance optimizations, and
development of additional applications and services.

Job Requirements
- Part-time or full-time position (long-term, in either case)
- Must be fluent in English, spoken and written
- Must be available between 9am-6pm Pacific Time for 1-2 weekly skype or
phone meetings (approximately 1-2 hours in length) to discuss technical
issues and project status
- Must be able to communicate by email clearly and on a daily basis
- Must be capable of discussing design tradeoffs and defending design
decisions, not just coding
- Ability to write safe, reliable, clean, and efficient code
- Able to find and use state-of-the-art development tools, toolkits,
and other software resources
- Provide examples of past or current work
- Implement clean, understandable, maintainable code (this is in your
interest, as you will be maintaining it)
- Payment will be by bank wire transfer or PayPal

Skills
- Must have written several complex web apps with PHP5
- Demonstrated experience with classes and OO/OB programming
- Project experience designing and implementing client/server APIs
- Experience with PHP optimization techniques
- Experience with Zend (or other) PHP debugger desirable
- Knowledge of system programming issues (threading, locking, etc.)

Compensation will be based on experience and ability to deliver results."
